The VALORADA project has published its first Champion Story, showcasing how European regions are strengthening their capacity to manage climate risks through improved data and decision support tools.
Champion Stories highlight concrete territorial experiences within VALORADA demonstrator regions. They document how Earth Observation data, climate information and local knowledge can be transformed into actionable intelligence for public authorities.
The Central Greece experience demonstrates the potential of integrated climate services to support regional authorities in anticipating and managing climate risks. The methodology developed within VALORADA is designed to be transferable to other territories facing similar challenges.
